Party Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Deoky processes personal data for the Party app. Party is a service for creating, browsing, supporting, and managing party or event posts.
1. Information we may process
- Account information, such as Firebase/Google sign-in UID, email address, display name, and profile image.
- User-submitted content, such as event posts, images, comments, reports, links, schedules, and location details entered by users.
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, country or region, IP address, and security logs.
- Usage information, such as views, clicks, favorites, searches, app interactions, error logs, and diagnostics.
- Location information, when you grant permission or enter location information for event discovery or event creation.
- Payment-related information, such as purchase status, product ID, transaction or receipt information, refund status, and promotion support records.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers, where permitted by your settings, consent, device settings, and applicable law.
2. How we use information
- To provide sign-in, event browsing, event creation, comments, reports, favorites, and other app features.
- To display, rank, support, promote, and manage event posts.
- To process in-app purchases, verify payment status, manage paid promotion periods, and respond to refund or payment issues.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, spam, security incidents, and policy violations.
- To analyze crashes, errors, performance, and service quality.
- To provide customer support, respond to reports, and process privacy or deletion requests.
3. Third-party services
Party may use third-party services, including:
- Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Hosting.
- Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing.
- Google Maps or other map/location services.
- Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar analytics and diagnostics tools if enabled.
- Apple App Store or Apple In-App Purchase if iOS features are enabled.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share or disclose information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, enforce policies, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to user reports, process payments, or work with service providers that help us provide the app.
5. User content and public visibility
Event posts, images, titles, descriptions, locations, schedules, links, comments, supporter information, and other content you submit may be visible to other users depending on the feature used. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce policies. Users may request account deletion, content deletion, or data deletion by contacting us.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your country or region, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of your personal data. You can also manage app permissions such as notifications and location through your device settings.
8. Children
Party is not directed to children under 14. If the law in your country or region requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, that rule applies.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
